Mrs. Lee is

generation. Under her direction, our
company has grown from a one-man show to a
multi-state organization.

Over twenty-five years of professional
experience, including ten years in the
construction industry and over 16 years
experience in the Environmental Consulting
field. Mr. De Arcos is one of the founding
principals in National Analytical Laboratories, Inc.
Mr. De Arcos
has served as the Senior Consultant on
many School District and Housing Agency
Projects. In his fifteen years of
environmental experience, Mr. De Arcos has
consulted for Federal, State, and Local
agencies for asbestos, lead and mold
abatement issues. As head consultant for
N.A.L, he supervises and directs the field
staff.
As Chief
Operations Officer for NAL he oversees
office quality in regard to compliance
with all regulatory agencies. His
responsibilities also include project
management, air monitoring, building
inspections, work plans, and
specifications.

Michael J. Lee,
Secretary, General Manager, Environmental
Consultant
Mr. Lee has
brought his supervisory skills to the
environmental field with five years of
field experience. He keeps up to date of
the latest regulations and assists in
training new field technicians. Mr. Lee
displays exceptional communication skills
in bridging the gap between customer needs
and staff performance. He performs
building inspections for asbestos and
mold, site surveillance, air monitoring,
and assists in writing work plans, scopes
of work, and specifications.
Mr. Lee has over 19 years professional
experience in supervision, as well as
training. He has a proven track record of
commitment and consistent improvement from
his five years of service in the US Navy
to his current position as General Manager
of National Analytical Laboratories, Inc.
(NAL). Mr. Lee has over 6 years of stated
training skills, both from his 2-year
assistant MIS position at Sacramento
Commercial Bank as well as his military
experience. He brings these skills to our
staff and project supervision.
